Professional Summary

For over two decades, I have worked on complex, high-stakes challenges where the margin for error is narrow and the consequences are real. My career in Defense Tech was never simply a job; it was a commitment to a mission larger than myself. That same desire for impactful work draws me toward one of the most consequential inflection points in modern business: the practical adoption of artificial intelligence (AI). Today, as organizations navigate the disruptive wave of AI, many struggle to bridge the gap between capability and adoption. I see a profound opportunity to help enterprises define high-value use cases, optimize their AI investments, and unlock exponential workforce productivity.

My core domain expertise is in advanced Decision Support Systems (DSS), building capability to achieve decision dominance. The Defense Tech disciplines of Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (ISR) and Command & Control (C2) may sound specialized, but their underlying principles — large-scale data fusion, advanced analytics, hyper-scale infrastructure, and human-computer interface design — are the same principles powering today's most sophisticated AI solutions. The parallels to agentic workflows are direct. ISR is the Sense layer: ingesting data from disparate sources, fusing them into coherent signals, and surfacing actionable insight from noise. C2 is the Decide layer: translating insight into viable courses of action, evaluating tradeoffs, and issuing clear direction for execution (i.e., Act). Together, they form a data-to-decisions value chain that is as relevant in healthcare, finance, manufacturing, entertainment/sports, logistics, and retail as it is on a battlefield.

Functionally, I bridge the gap between executive business strategy and production-level technical execution. Operating comfortably as a Solution Architect and as a leader in Enterprise Modernization, I ensure technology investments solve authentic business problems and deliver measurable ROI. This breadth allows me to operate effectively across three critical pillars: architecting complex solutions, directing technical execution, and driving business growth and capture.

I am not someone who arrived at AI by proximity. I arrived through 2 decades of building the systems that AI is now being asked to replicate and extend. I understand the architecture, the data challenges, the organizational change required, and the gap between a compelling demo and a production-grade solution. If your organization is working to move from AI curiosity to AI capability — and to generate the kind of productivity gains that actually show up in outcomes — I would welcome the conversation.
