A Technologist, AI Researcher, and Digital Transformation Specialist.

I lead organizations through complex
strategic initiatives by leveraging 20+ years of "no-fail" leadership and high-impact execution.
This is me
A technology executive and AI doctoral researcher, I bridge the gap between advanced research and large-scale execution to deliver pragmatic innovation at the point of need. I spearhead technical solutions that win $2B in strategic contracts, oversee delivery excellence on projects with $22M annual budgets, and direct innovation strategies for a 1,500-person global workforce. This experience, grounded by academic rigor in both enterprise systems engineering and operationalizing AI, proves my elite ability to scale solutions within the world’s most secure and highly regulated environments. A recipient of Raytheon's Technical Honors and the Booz Allen Excellence Award for Client Service, I offer the rare combination of deep technical rigor, quality technical delivery, and executive-level strategic vision required to transform your most ambitious technological roadmaps into operational realities that drive mission success.

Strategic Leadership

I am driven by mission impact, focusing on the intersection of cutting-edge technology and responsible innovation
Growing up in a Navy family gave me an early understanding of what purpose-driven work really means — that mission success depends on every individual owning their role with precision and accountability. Years of competing in team and individual sports deepened that foundation: the discipline to execute under pressure; the agility to adapt when conditions shift; and the consistency to lead in high-stakes environments. These are the principles I bring to every engagement
Throughout my career, that sense of purpose has focused on one question: how do organizations turn data into decisions they can trust? I have guided leaders in operationalizing emerging technologies within Decision Support Systems (DSS) to close that gap. Today, that work sits at the center of the most disruptive paradigm shift organizations are facing — the integration of AI across the full spectrum of operations, from routine administration to complex strategy to high-stakes ethical decisions like targeting.
The value of AI on the data-to-decisions value chain is real, but so is its liability. AI's reliability degrades under complexity as a function of its non-deterministic nature, inconsistent quality of human instruction, and limitations of training data. Left unmanaged, organizations experience inflated costs, flawed decisions, and erosion of institutional trust. These vulnerabilities compound in multi-agent systems (MAS) where epistemic debt—a hidden risk where organizations depend entirely on systems they can no longer fully explain, trace, or audit—increases exponentially with depth.
Backed by practical research, I partner with leaders to operationalize AI strategies that achieve their intended outcomes — consistently, reliably, and responsibly. If you are navigating these complexities or want to exchange insights, let’s connect.
